The Decided Founding Lab — open for the first time

You're not stuck because you can't decide. You're stuck because the decision is real.

Decided is a private, structured engagement for the decision you've been carrying the longest — built on The Meridian, my decision architecture for turning self-awareness into a decision you can stand behind. This is the first time I'm opening it, to a small founding group.

Four touchpoints. One written Decision Brief. About three weeks, start to finish.

For the moment you are in

Smart enough to see every angle. Still unable to move.

You're not confused. You're not incapable. You are a woman who has solved harder problems than this one — and this one will not move.

You've gathered information. You've talked it through. You've made pros-and-cons lists that only revealed more pros and cons. Somewhere in there, you've probably thought some version of this: I know what I need to do. I just can't make myself take the first step.

You know what the decision is. What you lack is a process rigorous enough to trust with everything it actually contains.

Decided was built for this exact moment — not to tell you what to do, but to give your own knowing the weight it has always deserved.

In your own words...

I am the person everyone comes to when they need to think clearly. And I have been circling my own decision for months. The gap between what I can do for others and what I can do for myself is the most disorienting thing I have experienced.

Part of me has been waiting for someone to think through this with me — someone who knows every detail, has no agenda, and can hold all of it at once. I haven't found anything rigorous enough.

I am not stuck because something went wrong. I am stuck because everything went exactly according to a plan I never consciously chose.

Not coaching. Not consulting.

Decision architecture.

Decided is a structured engagement that takes a complex, high-stakes decision and produces something you can stand behind six months from now — without rewriting history. Four touchpoints. One artifact.

It's built on The Meridian — the decision architecture I developed after years of needing a process rigorous enough to hold a decision like this, and never finding one.

What is behind the Meridian

The six forces

I examine six forces with you to find the one constraint that's actually governing this decision — not the one that feels loudest.

Your Real Leverage. What you actually have to work with, not what you wish you had.

Who You're Becoming. Who this decision is shaping you into, whether or not you're deciding it on purpose.

Where You Actually Thrive. Not where you've learned to perform well. Where you actually do your best work.

What This Is Doing to You. The cost of staying, named plainly instead of absorbed quietly.

What Change Would Take. Not "a lot." Specifically what and starting when.

What Waiting Is Quietly Costing You. The price of no-decision, made visible instead of ignored.

What we do together

How it works

01
The first action you take
The Application

A short application about the decision you're carrying, how long you've been carrying it, and what you've already tried. I read every one personally.

02
Within 2 business days of submitting your application
If it's a fit - Meet me

A 20-minute call. You hear how I think, ask what you need to, and we agree this is the right place for the decision you're bringing.

03
Immediately upon enrollment
The Decision Reflection

A structured diagnostic sent to you before we meet. You arrive having already done the hard thinking. The session becomes refinement — not processing.

04
48-72 hours after submitting The Decision Reflection
The Decided Session (60 minutes)

Not a coaching call. A structured engagement with a defined output. We classify the decision, identify the primary constraint, name the paths, and eliminate the ones that don't hold.

05
Within 3 business days of your live session
The Decision Brief

The artifact. Built from your Reflection and our live session through The Meridian, then reviewed and finalized by me. Clean, spare, two to three pages. What you decided. Why it was sound. What you do next. A record you can return to when doubt arrives.

06
One week after delivery
The Brief Review

Twenty minutes. Two questions: does this capture the decision accurately, and are there conditions we need to adjust? The loop closes. Commitment holds.

07
After 30, 90, and 180 days
The Check-Ins

Short, structured check-ins tied to the signals in your Brief, so you're not alone with the follow-through.

Why the Founding Lab

This is the first time Decided has been open to anyone.

I'm personally reading every application and writing every Decision Brief myself — that's only possible at a small scale, and this founding group is where I'm holding it deliberately small. You won't be one of hundreds moving through a process I've handed off. You'll be one of the first.

That also means you're helping shape what this becomes. Nothing about that changes the rigor of the process — the Six Forces, the Decision Reflection, the Brief, and the Review all hold exactly as built. It just means you're early.

Who should apply

The woman who has every resource except clarity on this one thing.

She can see clearly for everyone else. Her own decision is another matter entirely.

Decided serves founders at inflection points. Executives facing exits or reinventions. Women navigating major life architecture decisions — career pivots, identity, relationships, how to restructure the shape of how they and their families live.

The common thread: staying has a cost she can feel, and moving has a cost she cannot yet calculate. Decided exists for the space between those two truths.

You know what you need to do. You just can't make yourself take the first step.

You've built something real and are questioning whether you built it for the right reasons.

Everyone you could ask is inside the decision with you and cannot be objective.

You are done processing. You want a decision you can stand behind and move from.

You have tried to think your way through this and it hasn't worked.

The stakes are high enough that getting this wrong has real consequences.

You are not looking for validation. You are looking for rigor.

Not just a PDF.

A decision artifact, a record you can commit to.

The Decision Brief is the product. Not the session. Not the process. The object.

It captures what was decided, why that decision was sound given everything known at the time, and what happens next. You can read it in ten minutes and know exactly where you stand.

It's also what prevents re-litigation. Six months from now, when doubt arrives — and it will — the Brief is a record you made this decision with integrity, with full information, with eyes open. Future doubt has nowhere to take root.

Section 1. What this decision actually is — stated plainly, without the story around it

Section 2. What kind of decision this is — the rulebook that governs the commitment

Section 3. The one constraint that governs everything — named cleanly, no hedging

Section 4. Known risks — acknowledged, not minimized, consciously accepted

Section 5. The path — not the best option, the least-wrong one given the full constraint set

Section 6. Stop / Start / Tolerate — where thinking becomes behavior

Section 7. 30 / 90 / 180-day signals — checkpoints, not KPIs. What to watch for.

Decision Architect · Wonder International

I'm Jennifer Rackliff.

I've spent twenty years inside high-stakes decision environments where getting it wrong had real consequences for real people — federal social policy, sovereign Tribal governance, international development, organizational strategy for institutions where the cost of a bad call was never theoretical.

What that work actually taught me: the decisions that matter most are rarely simple, and they're never only yours. Every decision I've held affected people who didn't get a vote in how it turned out — a community, a family, a future. That's the discipline I bring into Decided. Not a framework borrowed from somewhere else. A process built by someone who has had to get this right before, when getting it wrong wasn't an option.

Decided is built on The Meridian — the decision architecture I developed because I never found a process rigorous enough to hold everything a high-stakes decision actually contains. So I built one.

The investment

For this founding group — the first five women through the process — it's $3,000, in exchange for your honest feedback after your Brief Review, and permission to share your story, your name withheld if you'd rather.

What's included

  • The application review and a 20-minute fit call

  • The Decision Reflection

  • The 60-minute Decided Session

  • Your written Decision Brief

  • The Brief Review

  • Check-ins at 30, 90, and 180 days

It's worth asking honestly: what has another year of carrying this cost you — in energy, in momentum, in presence with the people you love? Most women find that resolving the decision costs less than continuing to carry it.

If you're in that moment, this is where it starts.

This isn't a contact form. It's the first step in a structured process. Answer honestly — these questions are doing real work. Applications are reviewed personally. Not every application is a fit, and that's by design.
